Very flimsy packaging in plastic bag with other items & nothing to say do not bend. 😢 If this was for me I might have tried to decorate it in some way,but it was to be a gift for a dear friend. Please let me know what to do next please.

For some reason been in uk from 17th June it says but not yet delivered this showing as delivered......it has NOT arrived yet
