Wifi does not stay connected, is being turned of completely sometimes. When on, it loses connection on the moment you actually need wifi. Other devices in my house work perfectly with my Wifi-network. Cannot reach customers' service (no button or link)

Item arrived fine and undamaged. However the wifi sensor keeps lossing the signal and i always have to restart for the wifi to find signal. The main rear camera stopped focusing about a month ago and i cannot take any pictures or videos
