As soon as I turned it on and tried to set it up, it stopped working and started saying "Nfc Service has stopped" and it kept crashing and repeating the same cycle. I'm higly dissapointed and I either need my money back or a new device as relpacement.

I got the phone. The nylon of the packaging was slightly damaged, but the box was not damaged. Perhaps it would be advisable to pack the products in stronger material, especially the more expensive ones. I installed my profile on the phone and it didn't work, so I reset the phone to factory settings. The phone restarts and could not get out of "data factory reset" mode no matter what I did with it, and I did the factory reset from the Android program. I have attached a picture. I contacted the seller, the administration was correct in his own language. Since I read about this problem elsewhere, I also contacted the Cubot company and they replied almost immediately pointing to it but not acknowledging that the software on the phone might be faulty. They sent a link from which you can download the latest software and sent help to complete the installation. I don't recommend this for beginners. Because it's not difficult to make trash out of the phone, after all, everyone does a firmware update via laptop at their own risk. I recommend updating the software via the Android program immediately after turning on the phone and setting it up. In my opinion, this is the safest method. Of course, I do not assume any responsibility for damages resulting from the implementation of what is described here. Everyone does everything at their own risk. I did the update. The phone works perfectly, even restoring the factory settings, which was an error until now. So they fixed the bugs. The phone has a good price-value ratio. My previous phone was also a king-kog, there was never anything wrong with it. The data described by the factory are correct, the battery lasts a long time, and the grip is quite good. Obviously you have to get used to its weight. In summary, my assessment: Customer service 4 stars The phone is 4 stars, but of course it gets 1 star above because of the faulty software.

First impression: from the pluses - protective glass in the set, good sound quality, works fast enough, fits well in the hand, powerful flashlight. Cons - it's a bit heavy and bulky, it won't fit in every pocket, but the battery capacity.....it's cool! The son is satisfied. It will work a little, I will supplement the review.
