The device is good but the charger burned during charging with the cable I sent photos of the damage with explanation to joom and after a few days they reimbursed me for the price of the charger.

Happy so far brilliant for the price can't say too much as it's a present so I've only charged it up and set it all which has been fine. I love the face lock though so much easier than trying passwords etc. The fingerprint security thingy doesn't work from what I could see it would open for anyone's fingerprint where as the face lock only worked for the person whose face is stored to it.
