I believe I would be very pleased with this product if it had arrived without damage to the product! The screen is cracked in a v shape from one side to the other! Very disappointed as I am not sure if this will be handled correctly by joom or not!?? As I expected in my opinion this was not handled correctly as they offered me a 50% discount and I keep the junk, or pay to mail the junk back to the seller for a full refund! I took the 50% discount and threw the junk in the trash can! I will never buy anything breakable from joom again! EVER!!!

I finally received this order but it came with an electrical plug I cannot plug in as it is not adaptable to our electronic service. Also I cannot or it will not charge when I plug it in to my computer. I will never ordered from join again.

It takes a little while to get it, but for the price it worth the wait. Is made of cheap material but is fast enough like the add said....

It looks good,but everything on screen is in Spanish or another foreign language, and I can't find how to alter it to english
