K-pop album and merch pre-orders from Korea

Pre-orders are an opportunity to be one of the first to get a new arrival by placing an order before the product is released. They are easy to spot: you'll see [Pre-order] in the product name.

Important pre-order notes

  • Sellers always state the release date in the product description - usually under "Release date".
  • Unfortunately, sometimes the release date can be postponed by the manufacterer. In this case the seller will specify a new release date and add it to the description with a new "Avaliable after" point appearing next to the "Release date".
  • We give sellers between 3 and 10 weeks to ship ou the orders, starting from the actual date of release. Sellers recieve products from manufacterers and the whole process may sometimes take longer than usual.
  • If the 3 weeks after the release date stated in the description have already passed, then contact customer support and we will try to clear up the shipping times.

How do I contact customer support?

We encourage you to visit our Help Centre via Joom website (click here) or engage in a live chat with our dedicated customer service team within our mobile application.

In the app:

  • Tap your profile icon and select "My orders"
  • Select the order in question.
  • Tap the "I have a question about my order" button at the bottom and then the message icon on the top right of your screen.

On the Joom website:

  • Go to "My orders" and select the order in question.
  • Click the "Order details" button - it will open the page containing the order cost, tracking and other details.
  • On the right side of the screen you'll see the "Joom support team" button. Click it and describe your issue in the window that appears.
