Not happy was posted over to Great Britain on the same day as the mum necklace with ring on saying Dad and never received it I would hope to think I'll get a refund or another one sent that with the necklace with Dad on the ring

Bought it as a little gift for my boyfriend's daughter and bought all the other ones for myself and this one was my favorite! Doesn't come as it's packaged though, just a necklace in a bag, no pretty background to make it look like a gift.
