I'm a charter captain for the last 24 years I've stopped trying to deal with looking for just American reels and rods because basically we're down to a few the qualities are okay to prices are way over this company I've been watching and had one of their real some years back they have come such a Faraway of precision and absolute quality amazed for $24 in couple since the 6000 series is way off the charts I basically I'm better uses for Snook redfish and speckled trout and who knows what else that comes along maybe king mackerel I don't even doubt that this real can handle it it's so smooth and the collapsing handle is just a little bit of a bonus the gear seem amazing I absolutely highly are recommended for the price I don't even know why you would bother getting anything else
