Hi team of joom it's very poor quality and it's not same item .I buy some for sale but that time i went to give to my customer I feel so bad because some of them is empty from inside just only have a body and one is not working because they don't have Bluetooth😔😔 . Please tack action on it . thanks
Not charging... shows 20% of the charge and turns off ... then you can turn it on again and again the same 20% ... stood for several hours on charging did not help ... tried another wire ... also did not help
A little bit plastic but the battery is good and it works, it pairs with two different phones, good sound. It suits my needs with my current car.
Would be easy if I had instructions for this instructions show a cylinder type mine is oblong not much use
