The quality of the plastic that this case is made from is cheap to say the least, it came with the internal connecting power strips loose inside the case, these had to be reseated to fit before the batteries could be fitted. Once fitted though, it was a little fiddly to get the case to close and fit properly, but it eventually did. So far, the unit as a whole has performed perfectly, has charged a Samsung Galaxy S21, twice and been used as a power source for a usb diffuser for three nights in a row, all on 1 charge is still at 78%. So far, so good, I will update in about 6 months or if anything changes in the interim
