Hi Just want to say that this watch is mossing the time upto 5 hours please let me know what is the procedure because it’s no use for me if it’s faulty! Prompt reply will be highly appreciated. The watch was no good but Joom was great. I told them that i got the watch and it did not work. Joom refunded my money immediately, no questions asked. Joom is GREAT! I could not tell if the watch would run or not the battery in it was dead. The time set stem was broken.

Nice looking but doesn't work starts and stops second hand stops shortly after starting at number 10 can only say you get what you pay for was looking for watch to wear for work got watch OK but doesn't work. If deal sounds good its probably not.

So far so good 👍 In description it states 3Atm waterproofing but As expected not water proof at all. And all I can see in the dark is the outline of the face. Can't see numbers and in particular definitely can't see the hands ☹️
