It was too small and too long for my torso. I did get it on the biggest sized hooks and wore it for 5 hours but I didn't sweat much extra. When I took it off? I looked bloated rather than contained. I guess I am just the wrong shape for this
It does make you sweat, but it rolls up, and isn't as stretchy as one would like, the strips are adjustable, but with working out - it's in the way, and doesn't adjust to your body
Very supportive of my back. I use it with shoulder support as well bc of the various issues in my back. Very good quality.
Zip broke on the third time using it and the back firms rolls at the bottom. But otherwise good quality
