3. Connect Bluetooth:

3)Enter the Torque, and set the connection way: Bluetooth, then Choose Bluetooth Device: OBDII elm327
Connection Failure self-check on phone:
It is based on Bluetooth 2.0, can't support IOS (Bluetooth 4.0). Viecar 4.0 supports Android and IOS.
Please use Android System V4.0 to the latest version, and so on.
