Very soft. Looks just like advertised pics. Seems well made, (time will tell). Hardware is nice, zips work smoothly. 2x main zippered sections, 2 little side pockets and 1 zippered pocket at back. Very cute bag. Just wish they'd use something a little lighter and brighter for the lining than blah old brown.

The spare shoulder strap was stitched into the lining, clever soul who did that, not very impressed, shame Ineeded it right away or would have returned it!!!

Super cute purse bought for my daughter for Christmas. She's hard to please but she loves this I would say buy it for your daughter or yourself
