It was too small

I am a size 39 and ordered 39. It is slightly short on the heel, but plenty of room at the top. If the toe stop was slightly higher then it would have fit. If anyone orders this, they should get one to two size bigger to fit heel. Generally the quality is good. I would like these replaced with a size 41.

Quite quick delivery, under 3 weeks! Shoes are just as pictured, says 250(mm) in sole, equals about eu size 39,5 in my opinion. Is a bit snug at first but will probably stretch slightly in use to be even more comfortable. Shoes have an artsy artesan look, I like it very much! Shape is comfortable and sole is soft and bouncy. Shoes have quite a strong smell (leather and petrol odor?) but I put them outside for a while, it will probably disperse with time. So far I'm very satisfied and happy with purchase!
They are really cute and they are not exactly too small, but just milimiters smaller, maybe.
