It will help you to give an artistic effect to the object located at a not too great distance. But it would be better to use it together with a stronger light source. It is as it says, good for mobile phones, action cameras. But using it separately, it won't give you enough light for filming, but you can't expect more than 2w. It discharges faster than it charges. In 10 minutes, it loses approximately 25% of the battery. The white color is blue, a common problem with low quality rgb leds. I think the only advantages are that it is small and rgb.
