So this is the 2nd shower head I've ordered. I had previously ordered one for a friend. That one arrived broken. So I replaced it with this one.....and it arrived looking great..... But when I installed it there was a tiny crack in it again.... They should not be sending it in a bag...... I keep trying but ..... I'm giving up....
