Can i give negative stars? Is this for kids/toddlers? Couple of velcro strips that barely old the thing in place. Forget trying to walk with it on. Can't even test if the thing realy does what its supose to. What a rip off. Give me my money back.

1-The velcro of the product is very inadequate, and when I try to stand up after applying the velcro below the knee and above the knee, the velcro opens. 2- There is no support or assistance while walking.. 3- After the product is connected, the velcro does not open, but it needs to be adjusted constantly as it slides up and down. 4- I am a walking guide, so I intended to use it for walks. I was impressed by the advertising images, but I saw that it did not work at all. I want a refund because the product is inadequate
