Operation:
1. Connecting the power, the yellow light is turn ON when the voltage is at 175VAC ~ 260VAC.? After delay around 5 minutes, or you can press the ON & OFF button directly, the green light is always ON, and the power starts to output voltage;
2. After the power supply is connected, when the voltage is lower than 175VAC or higher than 260VAC, it enters the voltage protections mode directly.? At this time, the red light is always ON, and the power supplys is not output;
