Use Instruction:

STEP 1: Open the pump case and put in 1PSC fliter

STEP 2: Connect the hose to the pump.

STEP 3: Connect the other side of the hose to the head.

STEP 4: Adjust the speed of the water flow

STEP 5: Install the Lotus head to the body of the water fountain.

Tips:

1. Please rinse the filter with water thoroughly before use, clean the pet water fountain to keep water fresh.

2. Cleaning the pump every 2 days is essential to the longevity of the fountain.

3.Ceramics is heavy, please be careful to avoid breaking.

Not fit for purpose. Impossible to get the end of the hose that is attached on the other end of the filter in the hole inside the ceramic bowl as the bowl is to.small for anyone to get thier hands in there to try push the hose through . The hose would be in a bent position as well if it did finally get in the hole . I am currently trying to arrange a return of this and get a refund. Do not buy . Look for something with a larger ceramic Base/ bowl and with enough room to attach the filter and hose correctly UPDATE : after sending a video of the item and my struggle to get the end of the feed pipe into the ceramic bowl I have now had a full refund. 👍 thankyou . I wouldn't recommend buying this actual item though
