PREPARATION OF TURKISH COFFEE:
* Add approximately 50 milliliters of water per desired cup to the coffee cezve
* Add sugar to taste, stir
Add one teaspoon of coffee per cup.
* Boil the coffee.
* Immediately after bringing the waltz to the first boiling point, remove it from the stove, discard the foam that has accumulated on it and stir well.
* The coffee is boiled twice in a row and care is taken to remove the cezve from the stove between one boiling and the next. The foam can be discarded or stored without stirring thoroughly.
* Wait for any remaining dust to settle before serving.
