The box was a bit damaged but the cup is in good condition. Haven't tried it yet, but it looks good. Update: It holds the temperature for a very little time, like 2-3 hours, that is not enough for food to be hot at lunch time so I stopped using it (

Very convenient bowl for food. Nothing spills. Keeps heat for several hours. Convenient collapsible spoon included. Also very easy to clean. We have been using it for several months on a regular basis, it looks just as good, only the letters are a little worn (green bowl)
