How to use ice pack:
1. Unscrew and remove the cover. For cold therapy, only 1/2~2/3 ice cubes and a small amount of water are required; for hot therapy, only 2/3 warm water (between 50-60 degrees) is required.
2. Close the lid tightly. Turn the ice pack upside down and press firmly on the bottom to test for leaks.
3. Apply to the desired area.
4. Condensation may form on the outside of the bag. Wrap the ice pack in a soft towel to protect your skin and prevent condensation from building up.
5. Apply an ice pack for up to 20 to 30 minutes at a time. Continue to reapply after injury. Wait one hour between applications.
Precautions for using ice packs:
1. Remember this is an ice bag and cannot be used as a hot water bag filled with boiling water.
2..Do not freeze in the refrigerator or heat in the microwave.
3. Do not use the same part for a long time, as it may cause low-temperature burns.
4. When used in summer, water droplets will appear on the bag due to the temperature difference between the inside and outside. it `s just normal. Just like frozen beer in the summer, the beer bottle does not leak, but there are water droplets on the outside, and the greater the temperature difference between the inside and outside, the more water droplets there will be.
5. Do not use on injured areas; dermatitis is prone to occur, and those who are sensitive to rubber or cross-infection should use with caution. If rash or other problems occur, discontinue use and consult a physician. Frequent washing can keep it clean and avoid skin discomfort caused by the discharge of salt from the body.
6. Any product has a lifespan, which is closely related to the level of maintenance. It is recommended not to tighten the cap when not in use.
