it won't cut raw meat, it tears cold cuts like Reksio tears ham, I don't know if you can cut anything with it, terrible stainless steel, and the screws are already rusty, and it's hardly been used, only 2x for a while, because it would be more, and washed thoroughly and I can't move it on this spring, it's very strong, two, it has to be a piece perfectly suited to the trough dimensions, because if it's smaller or shorter there's no way to move it, supposedly as sharp as a fks for fingers, but not for cutting! and it tears when cutting, maybe you should sharpen it more... that attachment by the knife, maybe it tears. Plus, everything is unscrewed, I'll try to unscrew it and maybe the knife itself will do better without this attachment... (I tried and it mostly worked). The knife is sharpened at the wrong angle at all and doesn't cut anything, the angle would have to be more sharp, it's too small, the only thing is that it only slices fingers... I posted a new video
