How to use the product: Spray the oil on the soles of your feet and legs before going to bed. Use before and after bathing daily. Massage a generous amount onto painful areas. Use as needed. Allow to air dry for best results. There may be itching after first use. This is normal due to low magnesium levels or salt residue. Wash the oil off after 20 minutes to avoid itchiness and salt residue. For sensitive skin, dilute 50:50 with water.
