What it is This lipcerin offers moisture and nourishment to the lips, keeping your lips glossy and vitalized. Formulated with Chiffon Ceramide™, which consists of ceramide 1, 3 and 6, it strengthens moisture barrier of the skin, enabling the skin to lock-up moisture.
