[Application] Mainly used for automobile sheet metal. It can be repaired by welding and attaching it to the dented or damaged part of a dented steel panel and pulling it out all at once with a slide hammer. It is also expected that the discharge effect will be enhanced by sharpening the tip. Used to pull out damaged parts of steel panels during automobile sheet metal work. Ideal for pulling out all damage other than the press line area. Weld the washer with a stud welder and repair the panel while pulling the washer.
[Characteristics] Since it is copper plated, it not only prevents rust during long-term storage, but also has excellent electrical conductivity, so even when used with a conventional stud welder, the back side does not get discolored, and it sticks well to tension steel plates and ultra-high tensile steel panels except on complicated press lines.
