Which smartphones can be used with this gimbal?
AXNEN F10 gimbal can be used with many models of mobile phones, such as iPhone, Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei, Vivo, Oppo and many other brands of smartphones. But it must meet the size requirements:
-The width of the mobile phone should be between 60-85mm

F10 usage questions and answers:
1. Why can't my gimbal support the mobile phone? (Sometimes it falls vertically after a few minutes of use?)
--First, make sure the gimbal has enough power. Then, whether it is used vertically or horizontally, be sure to balance the phone before turning it on. If you are not sure about the balancing process, please check the manual or contact customer service directly for more information. If you turn on the phone without balancing it, it will become unbalanced and disconnected after a few minutes.
2. Why doesn't my zoom slider work?
