They are very frivolous, and they lack a bit of professionalism. Delayed delivery, return even slower... for 10 days I have been struggling to contact someone so that I can return the product. Returning the product seems very difficult, you have to send pictures/videos to show them the quality of the material... the strange condition... and then pictures with the delivery dates... well, this is already in the system...
