I didn't receive an invoice for weeks after placing my order and had to request it from customer service myself. The IBAN on it was invalid, which meant that my payment failed. It was only one and a half months after placing the order that the first official payment request came by email, followed later by a reminder with excessive fees.. Conclusion: Customer friendliness looks different - unclear billing processes, incorrect payment data and questionable collection fees. Better think twice before ordering here!
I didn't know the website. Received in estimated time. Original Apple product. Perfect delivery. Product works, so far, very well. Very happy with JOOM. There are no buts... at your service, quite the opposite: magnificent online store. Now I will request the invoice for the AirPods Pro 2nd gen product. I hope to receive it correctly. Delivery was quick. I was skeptical they weren't shrink-wrapped in foil like Apple usually does. But unused, the rest of the packaging was in the original delivery condition. I checked the AirPods. And was surprised they are original Apple AirPods Pro 2 generation. 5 stars from me 👍
