Really nice bag love the colour (purple). Looks smaller than it really is. Transferred all the stuff out of my other x over bag and theres still loads of room. Nice wide strap that doesn't chafe my neck like some can do. Only 2 minor faults is alI I can think of are that it would have been nicer and more workable for all the stuff i carry around with me is if the main part of the bag had a divider of the lining material stitched in to allow you putting your purse, keys etc on 1 side with your tablet, reading book, make up etc on the other side instead of having everything jumbled together. The other minor issue are that the pockets for your phone are way too small for today's phones and iPods so my credit cards wallet are in 1 and my nectar, Tesco etc reward keyring cards are in the other pocket so are still useful. Other than them I'm really pleased with it and might get a couple of different colours of it

Very poor quality for what I paid . I see better bags on the £5. Market stall.....the zips are poor quality also. At the most I would only pay £7. Honestly it's really poor quality. Also it is NOT a large bag . Really I was expecting a better bag as it was for my 81 year old mother and now I can't give her it as she would be insulted . You really need to do better joom. I'm a good customer and order many things from you but Honestly I really need to start looking else where .

La bolsa es muy bonita, sin embargo, un herraje está roto, eso impide que lo usé con la correa larga. Hace unos días me llegó otro producto doblado y roto, lo informé a servicio al cliente y me respondieron que me devolverían el dinero, y ahora esta bolsa rota. No solicité reembolso de mi dinero por la bolsa con el herraje roto, lo que estoy pensando es ya no comprar más en Joom.
