At first I thought how the hell am I supposed to walk on it. Because every step just hurt. I kept trying and then I was able to walk a few steps. But that's not necessary. Because you can use them while sitting. You just have to push your feet down every now and then. I sometimes suffer from pain in the soles of my feet when the working day has been too long. That's when I can hardly perform. Then I put on the sandals while sitting and press the soles of my feet on them again and again. When I then take off the sandals, my sole pain is actually more bearable, sometimes completely gone. Great product. Even if you don't want to believe it at first.

The sandals hurt so much and make a loud noise when walking/kicking...terrible.
