It is very thin but don't let that fool you, it is humid tonight, and I opened one and put it on and except where I touched it to separate from the backing. I like the way it feels!!! I'm going to work on separating them so I don't touch the sticky side. I'll use some of the plastic they use to put the cover over the screen.
Very good product, it heats well and afterwards you no longer feel the pain and which I slept with all night. You can put it all over the body because I also use it for back pain and leg pain and it takes the pain away! Very good product I recommend it!
These herbal plasters are simply great. They smell subtle and pleasant and have a really good effect. I can only recommend them and am buying them for the second time and would buy them again. Much better effect than some expensive plasters or ointments from the pharmacy
When you remove it, it remains full of green glue and you have to rub to remove it. As a result, the neck is red. Too bad because it feels good especially at the beginning. I'm going to throw them away. I have 2 packs, it's money down the drain... can you refund it please.
