The adapter and phone work on other cables without any problems. The cable is not visually defective, when I plug it in, the phone detects it has been connected to the electricity, however, even if I leaved it plugged in for an hour, the battery percentage stays the same. The phone and the adapter work well with other cables, so the problem should be with the cable.

Plastic cover next to the lightning connector came off after 1 week. I alerted Joom and a full refund was issued.

The 2 m cable charges very slowly even though I have a fast charging plug!!!

It works, but after a very short period of time it unfortunately breaks down...
