Unfortunately for some cabinets it is too big so that the door doesn't close properly. The adjustment range could or should be a little larger then it would fit. I would rather replace the A23 battery with button cells, which are at least available everywhere

Alkes as described, now I'm looking for suitable batteries, doesn't look so good, was not so suitable for Germany in some shops
They need smaller batteries than the remote control ones and they are half the size of your palm, quite large I would say
