It works perfectly, I gave 4 stars because I had to improvise an extension of the battery springs because otherwise the batteries actually fall out of their slot, which is too big for AAA batteries.

Works like a normal Samsung tv remote control but the extra buttons Netflix Prime Video and Rakuten Tv are not working But otherwise item arrived quickly and looks good.

The buttons work very hard, it doesn't have a microphone on it, and neither does bluetooth, it's awful, you can't connect the remote control to the tv. by pressing the two buttons .....
