I got charged, but there's no order. What should I do?

Please check your bank statement first and make sure you were actually charged. Funds may be temporarily frozen and will be returned to the account in case of unsuccessful payment. Usually this process takes up to 5 days, but in some cases it may take up to 30 days.

As a rule, the bank does not notify about the unblocking of funds, and a separate unfreezing operation is not displayed in the personal cabinet.

If the debit was found in the statement, and you have not received a refund on it in a separate transaction within 5 days, please contact our support team.

To help us resolve this ASAP, add the following info to your inquiry:

• The card mask, i.e. the first six and the last four digits of the card number (ex. 123456******1234).
• The date/time you were charged and the amount withdrawn.
• A screenshot of the charge from the banking app or a photo of your statement.
