PREPARATION OF TURKISH COFFEE:
* Add approximately 50 milliliters of water per desired cup of coffee to the coffee pot
* Add sugar to taste, stir to mix
Add a teaspoon of coffee per cup.
* Boil coffee.
* Immediately after bringing the waltz to the first boiling point, remove it from the stove, discard the foam that accumulates on it and mix it well.
* The coffee is boiled twice in succession and care is taken to take the coffee pot from the stove between one boil and the next. The foam can be discarded or stored before mixing well.
* Allow remaining powder to settle before serving.
