This medical tape is of very good quality. It supports the knee (the purpose I bought it for) very well. It sticks good and it holds on for 4 to 6 days. I've tried even to shower as it was on my knee and we'll, it gets wet:-) but doesn't get off. So if you are a swimmer, you can use it when swimming. There is something you should pay attention though: someone may have allergies (you should apply a tiny piece of tape around your elbow and see if you don't have any allergies). I don't have so I am alright and very happy with it. Be blessed everyone!*

Questo può attaccarsi alla pelle e ai peli delle gambe mentre ho preso il nastro adesivo per cercare di aiutare con il dolore dell'artrite in entrambe le ginocchia. Rimuoverlo non è niente in confronto alla mia artrite. Il nastro va bene per me
