The overall quality and design is good. The only issue is the attachment of the handles to the bag itself. The stitches where the handles attach to the bag are poorly designed and can easily rip off if you put heavier items in the bag. I've noticed this defect in other bags like this and was hoping this item would be different. To my disappointment, I found out the stitch construction is the same. I would have given 5 stars if it were not for the poorly constructed handle stitches.
