It's staggeringly difficult to set up, it's necessary to download extra files and odd programs that require specialist downloads. Having wasted half a day fiddling with it and still being unable to make it function I went out and bought one from my local computer store. I am totally unable to recommend this product. All I and everyone else wants is to plug in and start using it. A terrible waste of time and money

Works good after slightly difficult installation (realtek digitally unsigned win10 driver). Follow instructions at web page given for driver download. Doesn't work at usb1, only works at usb2 and 3 connectors. 4 out of 6 people were unsuccessful in installation judging by download comment section, but, it's possible if you follow steps.

The driver installed Realtek BT5 from web link indicated in installation manual with adapter. Nothing is discoverable PC doesn't see my phone and headset, the same thing from my phone I don't see my PC.

I buy this item for my car Windows sistem, but when i opened the pacage, there is notice that is not compactible with car sistem, and there is no such description on Joom
