Features of Iron Product
Because the heat conduction is good, it may cause stiffness when heated with high heat.
Cookies may look dark when cooking with high acoustic ingredients, such as burdock, rencon and eggplant. Please rest assured that this is due to the acks and the iron content of a pan and it will not affect your body at all.
If you cook ingredients with strong acidity such as tomato sauce or jam, the surface may become whitish color due to the effect of acid; the food may have a taste of iron content. It does not affect your body at all, but it is easy to rust, so please coat it with oil and store it.
Please re-seasoning as it is easy to rust if the oil on the skillet surface is removed due to the effect of acid.
Seasoning (How to Learn to Learn Before Use)
1. Clean with dish soap and dry thoroughly.
2. Place it on a fire or under medium heat until white smoke is produced.
Because it becomes empty and it becomes very hot, please do not leave your side and be careful of burns.
Even if you are not sure that white smoke has been released, please burn thoroughly for about 5 minutes.
3. Stop the fire and allow it to cool a little while the skillet is warm and apply vegetable oil such as olive oil.
Because it is hot, please be careful of burns.
Note: The main unit is very hot during cooking and immediately after cooking. As there is a risk of burns, please make sure to use thick mitts etc.
This product is for tabletop cassette stove only. Not for use with Si sensor gas stoves or induction cooking heaters.
Do not use in microwave.
After using, immediately wash away dirt and other contaminants and wipe away water, light heat and dry and apply thin edible oil and store away from moisture.
Do not use for soaking washing or drying dishes.
