Damaged product, not even the light comes on, I'm really annoyed this is the third electronic product I ordered in a very short time that doesn't work. I have been reimbursed the cost from Joom, but I need the product urgently, to use the speaker aromas product always ordered on the site, whose power supply broke after some time, I will not be able to reorder it on the site because the products in this period arrive after about forty days.I want to publicly thank Joom for the prompt refund, this is the right way to build customer loyalty, since we then pay for the products in advance without being able to try them.

The power adapter makes a very loud noise when connected and creates an unpleasant smell, if connected too frequently, this item even causes a power failure. The item is dangerous for fire, not recommended.

Unfortunately it is much too small, I ordered size XL although I have size L. Sending it back is also not an option because of the shipping costs. Ordered another pair of shoes, exactly the same. Is not recommended!!!

The device arrived quite quickly, in 21 days (Moldova). At first glance, everything works fine, but then I'll see if there are any problems along the way. The device is quite light, which is a bit strange.
