Ordered 2 pieces, only received 1. I contacted support. The response was quite impressive.. Simply sending the missing part was not possible. They offered me a half-refund, but that would void the warranty for the delivered part, and it wouldn't be possible to return it. And I had to reorder the missing part.. Since I didn't want to waive the warranty, I requested a return. I was told that the return shipping would be at my own expense.. Conclusion: I either have to waive the guarantee and hope that the goods do not break in the short term or organize the return at my own expense. If the supplier is at fault, I find it unacceptable. I will never order anything again from this supplier who can't count to two and who complicates the return process and passes the costs on to the customer.
