[Precautions when painting] ■Do not stack painted surfaces. Also, do not apply it to areas that will be subject to heavy loads. ■When applying directly to unpainted wood outdoors, apply our "wood sealer" as an undercoat. ■When applying to iron parts, thoroughly remove the rust and apply an undercoat of our "Rust Prevention Series (water-based or oil-based)". ■New corrugated iron has poor adhesion to paint, so leave it for about six months and once the surface is no longer shiny, apply an undercoat of the Rust Prevention Series (water-based or oil-based). ■When applying to new concrete or mortar surfaces, please apply our "water-based cationic sealer" as an undercoat approximately one month after construction. ■When painting on old concrete, mortar, or siding, or when there is an old paint film, apply our "water-based cationic sealer" to improve adhesion. ■When applying to concrete or mortar surfaces in bathrooms or indoor areas that absorb a lot of water, mix this product and water in a 1:1 ratio and apply a thin undercoat instead of a sealer. ■Cement tiles, slate tiles, and new tiles (Color Best, Colonia) are coated with our oil-based adhesive sealer.
