I'm going to place another order, let's see if it arrives in one piece and they say they refund the money until 11/16/2019 they refunded 20€ The second order did not arrive well and they do a 50% refund

Better than expected: it arrived much earlier than expected, perfectly packed and protected, and of very good quality (apparently and without having used it).

Product arrived as described, happy with the product, but can't contact the seller, as condenser coil was BROKEN (internally). ??

Good product and above all well packed. Ordering glassware is always a problem. I had no surprises from Joom.
