I recommend. At first it seemed a bit stiff, but it's ok. It fits more comfortably/simpler than the soft ones. It doesn't feel more like a tampon, and it doesn't increase in volume, so it remains in the favorites. For heavy periods, it is a rescue.
Before each period, I would recommend boiling it up. The material will be a bit softer and it will also be easier to place. Im satisfied with the product.
It is not the first experience with the menstrual cup and I can say that it is a bit hard to the touch, but it does the job well. I do not recommend it for first-time buyers.
I find the material a bit hard and it is inconvenient to fold. I tried to use it several times and it didn't work
