The organizer arrived here undamaged. Arrived defective due to insufficient packaging. Has probably been under a heavy load in transit. What should be round is now oval and can no longer be bent back. 1 article even had a demolition... No response after two emails :-(

It's fantastic, it saves me a lot of space in the kitchen cabinet to put the most commonly used things and it turns very well and smoothly... I recommend it... (I made a video and everything but I don't know how to upload it) ;)

Unfortunately, this tray arrived defective and cannot be used. The complaint was processed immediately, thank you Joom. I would like to order the tray again.
