Serves its purpose and is easy to handle. You only need to pull over it 2.3 times on each side and the knife is ready to cut again. After sharpening, carefully wipe the blade with paper because there may be light chips on the blade
They are usually high quality sharpeners I have several thicknesses, but the use of them varies depending on the type of steel, if it is soft Swiss steel it is better to use one of 400 instead of the one of 1000 it would eat it in a few sharp edges
Very good grinding results! Of course you need a little understanding and practice, but then you have very sharp knives! Gladly again!
