I ordered a cable cleaner along with 280 connectors from this company, but the whole experience was extremely unpleasant. The order was very late, and even after a considerable wait, the product did not arrive at all. I received no notification or explanation of the delay, and had to contact support myself, only to get vague answers and no clear solutions. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism and communication made me lose my trust in this company. I will not order from them again and I do not recommend anyone else to. My expectations were completely disappointed. This product must arrive together with several items together, the other items arrived but he did not.
